Top 3 Best Wireless Mouse in 2025
No 1 Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 is an incredible mouse for gaming — boasting a maximum DPI of 32,000 and a 4,000Hz polling rate so you never miss a shot. It’s a no-frills mouse without any RGB lighting, a premium matte finishing, and a light-as-air construction. It builds on its predecessors strengths, and delivers the ultimate gaming experience for the competitively-minded.
There’s no RGB lighting, much like the Superlight, which has saved Logitech a bit of extra weight. While other brands have been experimenting with the divisive honeycomb design to make their mice lighter, Logitech has refused.
The mouse weighs 2.11oz — 0.09oz less than its predecessor. Despite being so light, the mouse feels sturdy and premium, and if you squeeze it, you won’t hear any squeaks. The Superlight 2 has 5 buttons: a left-click and right-click button, a clickable scroll wheel, and 2 thumb buttons on the left side.
No dots-per-inch (DPI) sensitivity selector though (more on that later). The mouse looks great as is, but if you feel like it’s slippery — especially if you have sweaty hands — and need more friction, stick on the optional grip tape that comes in the box.
Pros
- Minimalist design
- New switches for better performance
- Great battery life
- Onboard dongle storage
- Intuitive companion software
Cons
- Expensive
- No onboard DPI selector
No 2 Logitech MX Master 3S

The Logitech MX Master 3S can easily be considered the best wireless mouse geared specifically towards enhancing the average user’s workplace productivity. However, left-handed users and people with smaller hands may need to look elsewhere.
The mouse can pair with up to three Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices via Bluetooth. Devices that lack Bluetooth connectivity can still connect to the Logitech MX Master 3S via the included 2.4GHz Logi Bolt USB Type-A receiver. One of the biggest improvements introduced in the updated mouse is its 8,000 DPI optical sensor, which allows users working on high-resolution displays to take advantage of the increased precision tracking.
However, most users are not likely to benefit from this feature. For instance, Logitech claims that the new MX Master 3S is 90% quieter than the previous model. This a significant improvement on the previous models as it makes the mouse much more viable to use in shared working environments. It’s also surprisingly useful for sneaky multitasking during the occasionally dull video call.
Pros
- Quiet tactile clicking
- Long-lasting battery life
- Customizable seven-button inputs
Cons
- No left-handed option
- May be uncomfortable for smaller hand
No 3 logitech g pro x superlight

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless There’s no denying that the G Pro X Superlight is a truly minimalist gaming mouse from Logitech. There are no bold curves or fancy RGB lighting here. Instead, you get a clean mouse in either black or white, that does everything that a good gaming mouse is supposed to. Underneath the mouse is where all the magic happens.
There’s the Hero sensor that can track up to 25,600 DPI, along with PTFE feet that ensures your mouse glides across your mousepad. The small door at the bottom can be tilted open to reveal a storage compartment for the wireless receiver, and you can also swap out the cover for the included PTFE one to ensure even smoother travel.
In terms of buttons, Logitech has kept only the essentials here as well. Five buttons in total are all you’ll get, consisting of a clickable scroll wheel, left and right mouse buttons, and two buttons near the thumb area. For gamers with slightly longer fingers or larger hands, the mouse won’t be too comfortable to use in a palm grip, and the thumb buttons can be a bit hard to reach in the heat of the moment.
Pros
- Extremely lightweight
- Excellent response time
Cons
- Not much palm support
- No physical DPI button
How we test the best gaming mouse,
We put gaming mice through a minimum of four games in a range of genres, often FPS, RTS, RPG, and MMO, in order to test them. Whenever we can, we try to grab a couple hours of gaming time. In order to assess the general design, comfort, and form, we also employ mice for productivity for a minimum of two days.
Software is another important part of a mouse’s evaluation, as almost every gaming mouse from a major manufacturer has access to a software suite. We analyze a software suite for functionality, ease-of-use and system resource drain. The best software packages are lightweight and easy to learn; weaker software packages tend to be unstable or convoluted.
Battery life is a major issue, especially with wireless mouse. We’ll therefore keep an eye on how fast the battery drains, how long it takes for the mouse to recharge, and how big of a difference settings like brightness and connection type make. Although it’s not always possible to gauge a mouse’s battery life from beginning to end, we can often make an educated guess after a few days.
Price factors into our evaluations as well, although “cheaper” does not always necessarily equal “better.” Instead, we believe that more expensive mice should offer more features, especially if they’re priced similarly to competing mice that offer similar feature sets. Cheaper mice should always be comfortable and effective in-game, although we don’t penalize them for offering simpler designs or fewer bells and whistles.
